Northeast of Waituna West towards Peepoday is this 247 hectare (610 acres) property featuring an ability to farm deer, sheep and beef as a fattening unit or sheep and beef as a breeding unit.

The farm runs down to the Kiwitea Stream with good lanes, ensuring an easily managed unit and is presently farmed part-time. This farm has previously run up to approximately 3,000 stock units and has performed with excellent results as a breeding unit. Approximately half of the farm is deer fenced and is presently carrying 214 breeding hinds and trading lambs (killed at good weights of 18-20 Kgs), with some cattle.

The reticulated water system has troughed water to most of the farm which is fenced into 30 paddocks. An area has been used as a techno system. There is an airstrip and fertiliser bin shared with a neighbour.

The well positioned five bedroom, two storied dwelling has views to the north and west and has shelter belt trees with native brush for weather protection. Both levels of the house have bathrooms and good sized rooms. A smaller farm cottage is situated down the driveway, ensuring privacy from the main house.

All farm buildings are positioned below and away from both dwellings and are not easily seen from the road. The four stand woolshed is separate to the deer shed and cattle yards with a common metalled turnaround. Other buildings are dog kennels, and a general/tractor shed with slaughter house facilities at the back.

Local to the Waituna West school and within 30 minutes travel to Feilding and similar distance to Hunterville.
