Carol is passionate about people and real estate and has recently joined Premium in Albany and brings with her a wealth of varied experience in real estate. Previously Carol was with Bayleys where she has had a major presence and success in both lifestyle and residential properties. She has been involved in the property market since the early 1980’s and has resided in Dairy Flat for 24 years.
She started in the property sector with owning several rental properties, not content with that, then renovated properties and then moved on to do a couple of small housing developments on the Hibiscus Coast. Carol also has experience as a mortgage broker and has also worked in property valuation. Her multitude of property experience is complimented by her property degree; a bachelor of business studies majoring in valuation and real estate management.
With her experience Carol has a great understanding what her buyers and sellers require. Her good communication and support help facilitate a smooth transaction throughout the transitional process.
