John is a very well-known and sort after rural sales consultant in the Taranaki region. His reputation as a salt of the earth type of character whose genuine empathy for people, wide range of skill and experience honed over many years, together with the far reaching Bayleys brand means that his clients and customers are on the winning end just by being associated with him.

His passion for real-estate lead him to ownership and subdivision of land in Wanaka, Waimate and Hammer Springs and then four years selling rural real-estate in South Canterbury.

John has also invested two years working for a grazing company before his passion for property and its people brought him back into real-estate.
